What is bracing?

Bracing in it’s basic form is tightening the core and lower back when performing weighted squats, lunges, bulgarian split squats, deadlifts, planks and bench press to protect your spine and lower back.

How to brace? 

Step 1: You need to take a deep breath in

Step 2: Sink it to your stomach

Step 3: Then imagine someone about to punch you in the stomach

then maintain that for the entire lift.

If you’re doing multiple reps, you reset yourself after every rep.
